If it's not possible to resolve the complaint within this time frame, we will inform you within what time frame we can provide a solution.

For instance, we only work with reliable suppliers and carefully check our products before offering them in our webshop.
In addition, we value feedback from our customers and take this feedback into account in the further development of our services and products.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, you can rest assured that we will do everything we can to resolve it to your satisfaction.

If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee.
This independent committee can make a binding decision in the dispute between you and us.
